How it works

Three steps. About five minutes.

1
Answer honestly
Twelve questions about how orders come in, how you price, how you track customers, and where your time actually goes. No trick questions. The report is only as good as your answers.
2
Get your report
Instantly. Your answers run through a scoring model that identifies which of eleven automation patterns fit your specific situation, then ranks the top three by priority score.
3
Decide what to do
The report tells you three options: build it yourself, hire someone else, or talk to me. All three are legitimate answers. The report is designed to help you choose.
Who's behind this

Built by someone who actually ships systems — not someone who writes about AI on LinkedIn.

I'm Constantine. By day I'm a surgical sales representative covering operating rooms in Connecticut and New York, where the cost of dropped details is measured in real operational and clinical consequences. That's where I learned how much small businesses lose when systems are held together by text messages and memory.

Nights and weekends, I build software. Two real products in production: one for distributor field operations, one for automated business analytics. Both built from scratch, both running today.

I started this consulting practice because the AI consulting space is flooded with people selling strategy decks to enterprises and voice bots to businesses that needed an intake form. Local businesses deserve better. The bar is specific: working systems, owned by you, priced for Main Street.

The Relevant Stack
Field operations experience Years inside hospitals, surgical cases, and distributor logistics. Understands what happens when systems fail under pressure.
Shipped software Two production applications built from zero. Knows the difference between a slide deck and a working system.
Local operator Based in Bergen County. Shows up in person for North Jersey and NYC metro clients. Not an offshore team.
No platform lock-in Not a certified partner of any one vendor. Recommends the tool that fits your business, not the tool that pays referrals.
Reasonable questions

Things people ask before starting.

Is this going to turn into a sales pitch?
No. The report genuinely helps you even if you never talk to me. The single call-to-action at the end is an optional 30-minute conversation — and the report tells you straight up that doing it yourself or hiring someone else is a valid answer. I'd rather you have clarity than feel pitched.
What do you do with my email?
I send you a copy of the report, plus one short follow-up email a few days later with a case study relevant to your situation. That's it. Not sold, not shared, unsubscribe anytime, no weekly newsletter.
What if AI isn't the right answer for me?
The report will say so directly. Roughly a third of the businesses that take this assessment score too low on pain severity or too low on budget fit for a paid automation engagement to make sense right now. That's a legitimate outcome and the report explains what to do instead.
How personalized is the report really?
Genuinely personalized. Every answer contributes to scoring across four dimensions and activates "signals" that map to eleven possible automation patterns. Two different businesses will get meaningfully different reports — the scoring math is printed on the report so you can see exactly how yours was produced.
What does it cost if I do want to hire you?
Starter engagements for small local businesses typically run $2,500–$4,500 for a single automation built end-to-end, including training and a runbook you own forever. Growth engagements with multiple automations run $5,000–$9,000. The free 30-minute conversation is where we figure out which, if either, fits.
Can I share the report with my team or a different consultant?
Yes. It's yours. Take it to your bookkeeper, your spouse, another automation consultant — whoever helps you make decisions. The methodology is transparent specifically so the report is useful outside my office.
Now then

Five minutes. One report. Yours to keep.

The hardest part of adopting AI for a small business is figuring out where to start. This removes that problem. Whatever you do with the answer is up to you.
